Our new Executive Chef, Ken Hnilo, is excited to share some of his exceptional new dishes along with perfectly paired tastings of top-shelf bourbons and wines!

Five delicious courses, each paired with a tasting of bourbon or wine, include:

Welcome Appetizers:

-Kumamoto oysters with peach mignonette
-Gougeres
-Deviled eggs with bourbon bacon jam

First Course:
-​​​​​​​Beef carpaccio with frisée salad, crispy shallots, brioche and truffle aioli

Second Course:
-Skate wing with lobster whipped potatoes, buerre blanc and tarragon oil

Third Course:
-​​​​​​​Filet with wild mushrooms and artichoke ragu, red wine shallot hollandaise and pommes anna

Fourth Course:
-​​​​​​​Peanut butter mousse with caramelized bananas, chocolate and cacao rib coulis

Featuring a welcome cocktail and choice of tasting of Bourbon or Wine with each course.

Prepaid $75 (plus tax and gratuity) per person. Limited seating available.
