Our new Executive Chef, Ken Hnilo, is excited to share some of his exceptional new dishes along with perfectly paired tastings of top-shelf bourbons and wines!

Five delicious courses, each paired with a tasting of bourbon or wine, include:

Welcome Appetizers:
-Smoked salmon on gaufrette potato chips, bacon creme fraiche, and candied lemon peel
-Fried chicken & cinnamon-sugar donuts and bourbon-scented maple syrup

First Course:
-​​​​​​​Grilled Romaine with smoked blue cheese, cherrywood smoked bacon, bourbon-glazed pecans

Second Course:
-Pan-roasted Scottish salmon with grilled peach, pistachio-strewn couscous, and bourbon brown butter sauce

Third Course:
-​​​​​​​Grilled pork ribs with roasted sweet potato, grilled corn, and bourbon-scented BBQ sauce

Fourth Course:
-​​​​​​​Chocolate bourbon pecan tart
